Who we are
This website is operated by Let’s Talk Studios, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Let’s Talk Studios”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@letstalkstudios.com.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who this website is for
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The Lounge, our paid Theater membership, is only for people 18 and older.
Our content and brand
The text, design, artwork and other materials on this website are created by us, made for us, or used with permission. Some of our artwork and productions are made with AI tools under human creative direction. Under U.S. copyright law, protection for AI-assisted material depends on the human creative contribution, and material generated entirely by AI may not be protected by copyright. Materials owned by others, such as licensed fonts and the names of shows we discuss, remain the property of their owners. “Let’s Talk Studios” and our logos identify our studio; please don’t use them in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you or your work. Except as the law allows, please don’t copy, redistribute or modify our content without written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.
Third-party services
This website links to third-party services, such as Skool and the services listed on our Creator Resources page. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Referral and affiliate links
Our Creator Resources page includes referral and affiliate links. One is a Skool sign-up referral link for people who want to start their own community on Skool. One is an affiliate link to a separate, independent paid community on Skool (AI Influencer Network). One is a Google Workspace referral link. If you sign up or join through one of these links, we may receive a commission or reward at no extra cost to you. These links are labeled where they appear. You do not need to buy any of the recommended tools, join any other community, or start your own Skool community to join The Lounge. The Lounge is accessed on this website and requires the applicable membership subscription for protected episodes.
Our originals
The Theater catalogue lists shows and released episodes available on this website. Original productions marked “Coming soon” or “In development” are not available to watch. A subscription provides personal streaming access to the released catalogue while your membership is active; it does not include downloads, redistribution rights, or a promise of future release dates.
The Lounge membership
The Lounge is an on-site Theater membership for adults 18 and older. Creating an account is free and does not begin a subscription. While paid enrollment is closed, the studio may grant selected accounts complimentary screening access with an expiry date; this does not create a recurring charge or guarantee future access. Paid enrollment opens when checkout and released episodes are available. Membership costs $9 per month or $79 per year in U.S. dollars and renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Any applicable tax and the total are shown at checkout before payment. Sign in to your studio account and choose Manage billing to cancel; cancellation at the end of your paid period preserves access until that period ends. Access can be suspended when payment fails or membership ends. Never share your sign-in links or account access. Refunds are at our discretion except where applicable law requires otherwise; to request one, email hello@letstalkstudios.com. Stripe processes checkout, renewals and cancellation through the billing portal linked from your account. The Theater catalogue describes available episodes. Planned productions and community features have no promised release dates and may change.

Our commentary and reaction content reflects opinions offered for discussion and criticism. Third-party titles and names mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Let’s Talk Studios, LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection or other law that cannot be waived by agreement.
